Not Receiving SMS Notifications

Having trouble receiving SMS lead notifications?

Please follow these simple steps to troubleshoot SMS lead delivery issues:

  • Verify that the phone number is correctly added to the SMS Field in the Lead Delivery section of the form builder (sometimes people often forget to hit save!)

  • Be sure to add your country code before the phone number. For example, if you're in the US then the number may look like this +15555555555 - here's a list of all country codes:

  • Verify that your using a mobile number and that you're not trying to send the notifications to a landline
