How to add a logo or avatar image to your LeadForm

You can add a logo to the top of your form.  We call this the Avatar.  

You can go to the avatar settings by clicking on settings and then going to the avatar drop down options.  From there, you can upload your logo image. If there is one already in there, simply hit the clear button and then upload the one you prefer.

If you don't see the avatar option, you will want to make sure that the header is not hidden.  You will go to the design section and click on header.  Then, toggle the "Hide Header" option to the off position.
