[Drop-off Mode] How to capture form details when a prospect abandons your lead form?

You may find yourself wondering if it's possible to capture your lead's details even if they do not submit your LeadForms. 

This is where our Drop-off Mode features comes into the picture.

Drop-off mode is a conversion-boosting feature that allows you to capture your prospect's information even if they abandon your LeadForm before fully submitting the form.  Drop-off mode is triggered after your prospect completes a form field (name, email, phone, etc), then idles on the form for at least ten minutes. After ten minutes of no activity, the system will deliver what has been entered into the form, even if the prospect doesn't submit the entire form.

To enable Drop-off Mode:

• Go to Settings
• Scroll down to Drop-off Mode
• Flip the switch to the 'On Position'
• Click Save

After Drop-off Mode is enabled, a user must enter at least one form field. After that, the answers will post when one of the following conditions is met:

 1. Collected answers are posted when the browser hides the current page in the process of presenting a different page from the session's history. For example, when the user clicks the browser's Back button.

2. When a prospect idles on the form 10 mins
