Adding and Editing a Form Step

To create a form Step 

After you add a form step, editing the form fields is as simple as clicking on +Add form field.  The ones that you see in the builder (Form field 1, form field 2, Field option 1) are just "place holders" until you add your own.  


Once you click on add form field, you will see some options for adding in the form field you are looking for: Field Name, Field Label, Field Type, and Value Type.
