How to add sub users to your GetLeadForms account

With GetLeadForms, you can add multiple sub-users to your account so you can easily share access to your LeadForms with multiple people across your organization.

Please Note: If you're looking to add clients to your account then you'll want to use the "Add Clients" feature instead of the "Sub User" feature. The difference between "Add Clients" and "Add Sub Users" is that client accounts are restricted to only forms that client uses, while sub user accounts get access to all forms in your account.

Follow the steps below to add a sub user:

Step 1: Access Sub Users

Login to your account
Click on the Sub Users link at the top of the navigation in the upper right hand corner. (note: if you don't see this link then try clearing your cache).

Step 2: Add a Sub User

Click on the Add Sub User button in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

Next, complete the form to add a sub user. Clicking "Save Account Info" will generate an email notification with login details for the sub user.

After you click "Save Account Info" you'll see the sub user's account appear in your user management area. To edit the sub user's details or to delete the user, simply click "Open Details". To add another sub user, click on the blue Add Sub User button in the upper right hand corner.

Let the sub user know that you created an account with GetLeadForms for them. They will also receive an email notification.

Step 3: Sub User Checks Email & Creates Account

After the sub user account is created, your sub user will need to check their email. Our system will automatically generate an email with a temporary password.

The sub user will need to create an account with GetLeadForms, using the temporary password that's provided in the message and the email address that you used when creating the sub user.
We recommend that the sub user resets their password immediately after creating a new account.
